Wholesale Terms
v Wholesale agreement – the wholesale vendor agrees to all terms and conditions stated below.
Prices, policies, and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
Minimum Order Policy:
Opening orders are $75.00, with reorder minimums of $50.00.
(this will not include shipping charges)
Orders not meeting the minimum will not be processed.
Not all items are listed as wholesale items, only those with
wholesale discount amounts provided.
Company Information:
Businesses with a valid tax id# will be permitted to the wholesale site.
Please request access through the “Wholesale Login” area
and include the following:
Company Name
Web Site (if applicable)
Email Address
Shipping Address
Password (create for wholesale access)
Tax ID# (see note)
Note: Please email a copy of your Tax ID# or business license certificate
and business phone number prior to your initial
order to sales@twocountryhearts.com.

Orders will not be processed without these documents on file.
Once you are approved, and documents are on file,
you will be emailed granting you access to the wholesale area.
Ordering & Shipping Information:
When completing your order through our shopping cart,
make sure to select “Wholesale Only-separate inv.”
under shipping area and “No State or Providence” under tax area .
Shipping charges will be billed separately; you will be contacted by email with
“actual charges” just prior to shipping your order.
When your order is received, I will email you with an approximate shipping date
and again when your order has shipped, along with your shipping invoice.
Packages are shipped via USPS, UPS ground or Fed Ex ground.
Wholesale orders will be shipped 2-4 weeks after receipt of your paid order confirmation.
(During Holiday hours, orders may take 4 weeks for delivery, order early if possible!)
ü Major Credit Cards through Paypal, a secure service.
ü Money Order
ü Personal or Business Checks,
which are subject to a 7-10 day hold until funds have cleared.
Orders will not be processed until receipt of payment.
Returns:
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied or if an item
was damaged in the shipment, email me within THREE days of receipt of the item(s).
All returns will be at the customers expense and must be authorized prior to returning.
Include the reason for returning and give any details you can. If possible, ship item(s)
back to me using the original packing. I will provide a refund or give store credit
less shipping and handling cost.
All our items are created and handmade by us, bringing you
the best quality we can provide.
Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis and
are made as they are ordered.
Please allow ample time for large orders.
