Shipping information

Shipping Information:

We believe in the importance of customer service
and will do our best to have your order delivered to you in a timely manner.

For item(s) that are in stock, the item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours
after your paid order has been confirmed.

For custom orders and items to be made, we generally ship within 1-2 weeks after
confirmation of your paid order.
(During Holiday hours, shipping time may be extended, please place orders early for timely arrival of holiday items!)

When your order is received, I will email you with an approximate shipping timeframe
and will notify you again when your order has shipped.

Most items are shipped Priority Mail via USPS, in some cases we will use
UPS (United Postal Service).

Shipping is charged by the value of the order, although, for some wooden items,

additional shipping may apply.

International Orders:

Yes, I will ship internationally.
At time of checkout, please choose appropriate shipping option "separate inv - due upon receipt"
in the shipping drop down box and "no state or province" in the tax drop down box.
When your order is ready to ship, I will email you a separate invoice for shipping charges,
that will be payable upon receipt, before items are shipped.
